Job purpose

To drive end‑to‑end hospital empanelment activities in the field, including prospecting, documentation collection, site visits, coordination with hospitals and insurers, and ensuring timely onboarding of network hospitals.

      • Hospital Empanelment & Network Development.
      • Broker & Insurance Company Coordination
      • Corporate & Insured Relationship Management (Direct point of contact)

Educational qualifications

      • Graduate in any discipline (bachelor’s degree).
      • Preferred: Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Insurance, MBA or Commerce/BBA.

Experience

0–3 years in TPA coordination, hospital empanelment, or healthcare/insurance operations. Fresher candidates are also welcome to apply.

Skills and competencies

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for hospital and insurer interaction.
      • Good documentation and compliance orientation; ability to read and follow SOPs and checklists.
      • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internal portals used for empanelment).
      • Field orientation and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
      • Basic understanding of health insurance–TPA ecosystem (cashless, empanelment, network hospitals).

Reporting and work style

      • Reports to Empanelment / Network Development Manager.
      • Works from office, Work from home plus field; spends significant time in hospitals and with hospital stakeholders.

Compensation:

      • CTC range:₹2,00,000  – ₹3,60,000 per annum (depending on experience and performance).
      • Travel allowance:Additional reimbursementbased travel allowance as per company policy (for field visits and hospital empanelment activities).
      • Note:For fresher candidates, the starting salary will be in the lower band with scope for increment based on field performance and experience.
